Qns 1 ) Hi, my name is Pua Yong Sheng and i am 13 years old now, for which my birthday is on the 22nd of July. I came from a family of four, with one sister, a father and mother. I am older than my sister by four years. The subject which i likes most is Maths. Since Primary One, i have never failed maths and it is my best subject among all which i studied, being it easy due to the fact that it has only to do with numbers and that it is easy to memorize the perfect method and to apply, it is easy marks! I believe I am humble and am impartial in my views on justice. I am hardworking and trust that one learns most effectively when effort is put in. So basically, i feel that luck plays only a small part during any exam or test, and it is the effort which pulls us through the tough obstacles.
Qns 2 ) I hope to successfully complete my studies without any hiccups.Then,with my qualifications,I would like to start interning and hopefully ease into the workforce. I have the pay special attention in class to master the work and to ace through the exams, at the same time, i have to do revision at home independently to see some "magic" in my marks. Without having self revision, i feel that no one is capable to have such remarkable marks if no effort or hardwork is being put in.
Qns 3 ) I hope to successfully complete my studies without hiccups.Then,I would be enlisted into National Service ( NS )and learn to protect my country and also, learn the importance of going to the National Service ( NS ). I have to start training for National Service, it is never too late to practise, else once it is too late, i will have to face the music as the training camp's training is going to be tedious.
Qns 4 ) I wish that my family and I would continue to live in a comfortable environment where all of us would interact with one another.This,I feel,would encourage what the government has envisioned us for - family bonding. Well, sometimes quarrel do happens because of some disagreements, and i believe that no one is perfect and that everyone deserves a second chance. I just hope for the best for my family to strive!
Qns 5 ) I would like to make new friends, most importantly, choosing the right ones which will influence me in a positive manner. As such,we could all grow in terms of stature and responsibilty as we enjoy our time together as friends. Learning from one another never fails. If i have any dispute with any of my friends or schoolmates, i will have to settle it peacefully and believes that fights are only for debrained monkeys. It does not only cause injuries, scoldin, but also risk one life at it. Settling it peacefully makes it right to have a peaceful environment, which is condusive for learning to take place.
Qns 6 ) I hope that I am able to maintain an optimal physical shape so that I can progress on with my life without a dread for succumbing to illness. In order to optain this, I would have to go and train myself in exercise and not to forget, eat 3 meals per day, with vegetables and also, fruits as they are rich in energy for our usage every single day.
Qns 7 ) My CCA is NPCC. For now being a Corporal, i am determined to be a Sergeant by the end of this year, which means that i will have to pass the promotion test in order to achieve my dreams for this year. Well, not only the rank is important in NPCC, though it is important but, the most important thing is to be loyal to the CCA, no point going for a CCA which you feel like being forced to go and grumble once one is released. So, i have to be punctual for all training sessions and to be loyal to it.
Qns 8 ) My hobby last time is to collect stamps from other countries. I find it interesting, not only knowing about my own country, Singapore, but also to know alittle bit more on other countries as we are all unite as one. I also believe in this saying, which is " When we want to start something from the top, we have to start digging a hole " This means that in everything we do, we must have patience in it. Patience play an important role in everything we do, so we can wait and see the fruitful ending of it. Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships. It is no use having good intelligence but has an attitude problem. This does not lead to a good and healthy a person should be
